Prices and payment methods

All prices are in Euro and includes VAT. Orders can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

• Card: we accept most credit and debit cards. Payment by card is made at the bank gateway through a virtual POS. This virtual POS includes a secure protocol that allows the information between you and the bank to travel encrypted. Caravanas Cruz SLU does not store credit card information as this information is sent directly to the bank gateway.

  Please note: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Caravanas Cruz will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent payment in our on-line shop. ONLY THE CARD OWNER can place an order using this payment method.
  
  

• Bank transfer: if you choose this method of payment, when placing and confirming your order we will indicate the bank account where you can make the transfer

Transport

We work with a leading transport company to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

The cost of transport for the peninsula is a flat rate that you can see when placing the order. For the Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal, it will be calculated according to the weight and volume of the goods, and you will be informed by e-mail.

Returns

• All products purchased carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
• If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it postage paid (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002 of 19 December).
• All you have to do is send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
• It is very important that you return the exchange or return product(s) to us perfectly packed. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
• Caravanas Cruz SLU will pay the customer the amount of the value of the product that has been returned if not satisfied, after deducting from it the shipping costs and commissions arising from the return. This means that it will be deducted from the return transport costs of the outward and return, as well as commissions arising from the return transfer.
• In the event that the customer cancels the order before it is sent or received, the amount of the transfer will be refunded after deducting the costs incurred by the return, such as commissions for the return of the transfer.

GOLDEN RULE: When you receive your order, you must check and verify in front of the courierthat the box(es) is in good condition and do not have any knocks, crushing and/or breakages. If you notice any of these anomalies, you must write it down on the delivery note and keep a copy for yourself. In addition, whenever possible, open the packaging at the same time or at the latest within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us (96 545 78 19, Extension 2) within the above mentioned 24 hours.
