DECREE 10/2021 of 22 January, VALENCIAN COMMUNITY

OFFICIAL DECLARATION

In view of the latest information arising from the new Decree 10/2021, article 2, paragraph 5.
We would like to state that:

- From Caravanas Cruz, based in Elche (Alicante), member of ASEICAR, we have the maxim to safeguard, protect and watch over the rights of the motorhome collective.

- After the last clarifying note on the above-mentioned decree, it is clear that the Consell de la Comunitat Valenciana DOES NOT PROHIBIT PERNOCTA IN MOTORCARAVANAS IN THE VALENCIAN TERRITORY.

- We would like to thank ASEICAR (Canal Caravaning) for their work to solve a first decree that led to confusion and for their constant fight for the rights of the Spanish motorhome user.
